Shipyard offers them all except the independent union. Communist party members were spread into the crowd, which allowed the motion to pass. This hurts those that joined them that did not have to. At gadansk, 1500 workers return to join the strike. 375 factories are represented by the interfactory workers. Government came at them with martial law which reveals that they have lost people"s consent to lead and must turn to violence to control. Polish workers were after industrial rights right to organize and control their own lives parliamentary procedures.
