Habeas corpus- produce the body cannot suspend the right of habeas corpus, has to give the right of habeas corpus constitution says: congress shall not have capitation- money charged by the government based on your income. Judiciary act of 1789: - rst year that the constitution was in effect. Writ of mandamus: mandatory for public of cials to do their duty.
