Genre, and ma1: what genres have you seen today? texting a friend vs emailing a professor. Intro, body, signature : how is it used out in the world? speeches. Make sure it is a readily available and something you can make. Must be a genre that currently exists in the world. Must be able to get legal access to at least 5 real examples of the genre. The creation of your genre cannot involve anything illegal or unethical (tbd on an individual basis) Must have access to the means by which you can create the genre, whether that"s software, hardware, or something else. Ucf has a lot of resources that can help. I retain the right to withhold approval of any project that i deem offensive or inappropriate.
