Definitions: team cohesion, a dynamic process which is reflected in the tendency for a group to stick together and remain united in the pursuit of goals and objectives, group dynamics. Once formed no longer interacts w/ outside forces the same way that a collection of individuals would interact with those outside forces. The team as a unique entity: gestalt perspective.
