Stars- huge clouds of gas increase pressure -> creates a core

Fusion occurs & makes a star

Takes 100,000 years to form core->edge
Planets- 10 million years (quick)- for dust/rocks to clump into a planet
Rocks that never joined into a planet become meteors, rings of Saturn, asteroids
