Decision to adopt a course of action an alternative is chosen from the list of possibilities and a strategy is adopted. Initiation of action within the system a policy or other directive for implementation of the change is formulated and resources are acquired. Implementation of the change resources are allocated, innovation is carried out, and then the innovation becomes a routine part of the organization. Not clear how you move from stage to stage. Different people play key roles at different stages. Additional factors that effect this process are not addressed. An application of behavioral sciences to improve organizational effectiveness.
