Prisoners with serious mi: 7-45 of federal inmates, 16-556% of state inmates, 15-30% are on medication or were at the time of their arrest. I. e have been arrested more times, more substance abuse: co-occurrence: 4 out of 10 pwmi are dealing with this problem (drug/alcohol abuse)
