Why do people do these things: killing small animals for sexual graiicaion. That"s morally wrong and we as a society should not tolerate it! Where the law comes from: procedures bill becomes a law. The underlying social, poliical, and economic forces that lead law to be developed. Quesions about origin of law why do we have the laws we have. Administraive agencies set up by legislatures, power to set up rules (ex) broadcasing. Social theory what social forces led society to adopt these laws: we have crimes because we have criminals. Why these criminals who commit these crimes: why did legislature pass certain laws at certain imes? (ex) racial discriminaion, gender equality, alcohol, pornography, certain forms of violence. Values: about the broader forces in society.
