The early 21st century, for the first time in american history, wine is becoming the drink of the masses not just for upper classes. Most of us have always associated wine with the rick people. It is over, 50% of americans now go to why as their first beverage to choice. We have a radical move, from beer and hard spirits to wine, which is under way here in the unites states and, it is creating a younger generation of drinkers. That aren t just drinking to get drunk for starters and they are also drinking wine, specifically as a part of a healthy diet, as a part of social interaction, and our specific lifestyle. The days of cheap light beers and cut rotgut liquor are going to a close and more sophisticated era of chardonnays and cabernets.
