The hypothesis of this study is that the group shown the picture of the trainers in a more approachable, loose fitted apparel will have a higher spike in motivation to start to be active. The data from this study shows that there has no significant difference of motivations between the trainer who dresses with tighten or loose fitted apparel. Therefore, the results failed to support our hypothesis. The results are surprising because of the previous research done to compare these variables. The previous research is plentiful enough for drawing conclusions about the motivations between the appearance on trainer who is loose clothing or tighten clothing. The previous research found out that the exposure to images of men who meet a cultural ideal of attractiveness resulted in greater body anxiety among non exercising men.
