Spell: a spoken word or form or words held to have magic power (incantation) Curse: a prayer or invocation for harm or injury to come down one. Prayer: an address to god in word or thought. The language itself is alive in the pictures and words, it is organic. Hieroglyphic means mysterious, but they are clear, provides a paradox. Poetry is the clear expression of mixed feelings . Checkmate-- shiekh means king and mat means death in arabic, showing english is rooted in other languages. The way a hidden spring opens a box . Speak to ancient transformative power of language. Riddles are ancient forms or oral and folk literary traditions.
