Hashimoto"s thyroiditis: thyroid self-antigen, blocks iodine uptake, decreased production of thyroid hormones, middle aged women, cd4+ t cells. Goodpasteur"s syndrome: kidney and lung self-antigen, membranes of kidney glomeruli and lung alveoli, against type iv collagen, cellular damage and in ammatory response.
