Affective listening: it strengthens organizational relationships, alerts org for opportunities, allows the organization to manage diversity. Recognizing different types of listening: content listening (simply trying to understand, u don"t have to agree/not agree, focus purely on content, critical listening, several levels of understanding. Strength of the evidence: validity of conclusions, admission of relevant points. To emphasize: calling attention to key points (assignment 2, 3, &4) To unify: several ideas can be brought together in one visual aid.
