Seeks to identify the typical ways teams behave when they attempt to solve a problem. Process nature of teams not all teams will subscribe to the above process. Teams may get stuck on one or more phases. Teams may gloss over one or more phases. Prescribes specific things to do to address particular problems and enhance the communication health of the team. Meeting essentials a balance of structure & interaction. Meeting a structured conversation among a small group of people to accomplish a task. The two key elements are structured organization and the ability to interact. Interaction the give-and-take talk and conversation that occurs when people collaborate.
