Unstable personal relationships, maladaptive interpersonal functioning, low self-esteem. Disregard for others, breaking the law, aggression, lack of empathy, deceitful, impulsive, irresponsible. 30: the number of american children between first and third grades who say they want to be thinner: about 50, the number of ten-year-old children who are afraid of being fat: 50% Women often spend time worrying unnecessarily about their weight. Even young girls are concerned with being fat and dieting.
