Also they operate in more than 120 countries which shows that engineering as a field is all over the world and growing everyday. Young and ernst mostly hires computer scientist due to the great amount of social media users and technology use in the status quo. They want to consult organizations on how to best use technology and the internet to achieve their business goals. i also learned that in the business world this company has a really relaxed working styles.
