Also starting to cross over to the mass because of social media. Someone that has information, expert, and referent power. Gate-keeping funct: have info but may not necessarily release that information to people. Usually have intrinsic interest in the group. Not opinion leader if you don"t speak about your opinions. Among the first to buy new products.
