Workers are entitled to benefits at age 65: workers and employers are required to pay in. Everyone over 65 is eligible plus younger people who are disabled. The program has two parts: part a: hospital insurance, part b: voluntary, monthly premium, covers doctor bills, and other outpatient costs.
