There have been 3 efforts to develop a classification of victimization, not one of them is comprehensive: what are the causes of victimization. State prisons and jails: 57% of alleged incidents by female officers, 43% by male officers. Federal prisons: 25% by female officers, 75% by male officers. 175 near fatal shootings: tucker telephone.
