Regardless of the type, groups should balance both productivity and morale. Most groups serve combination of task, personal, and social goals. Many interpersonal linkages in groups, requiring a lot of communication. Circle: each group member interacts with 2 designated individuals. All-channel: each member can communicate with everyone in the group.
