Decrease in active or passive shoulder complex rom. Supine, limb positioned close to edge of bed. Supine with legs extended, arms by their side, thumb leading. Stabilize shoulder on test side including first rib (webspace over supraclavicular fossa) Support arm as you lower into h add. Use fleshy part of hand place on the side of the coracoid process. Passively flex head, then side bend to contralateral side, then rotate toward test side. Anterior: side bend away from test side, rotate towards. Middle: side bend away from test side, neutral rotation. Posterior: side bend away from test side, rotate away. Actively flexes both arms to available end range. Lateral border of spine of scap is off the table >2 cm. Downward pressure proximally (if acute) or distally (forearm) Passively place in 90 elbow flexion and 20 elevation in scapular plane. Unable to lift arm away from their back. Stopping humeral head from rotating out from under acromion.
