1) Sequence standards into a natural learning progression.
2) Consider the amount of emphasis that should be given to each standard.
For instance;
a) Which are most fundamental to further learning in the content area?
b) Which have the greatest utility in outside of school?
3) Insert assessment tasks measuring precursor steps and final standards into
