Involuntary admittances to the hospital during a mental health crisis. Based on the idea that the environment is very important in recovery. Partial hospitalization movement: medical model program, psychiatrists on staff (different from clubhouse) Mileu therapy: every aspect of the environment can be used for recovery. Stigma and discrimination: need to disclose and risk discrimination for accommodations.
