Assembling a good team is the most important thing along with the most difficult thing separate elements of a new venture team the founder or founders. Characteristics of founder(s) have a huge impact on the manner in which new venture team takes place. Size of a founding team, 50-70% of new ventures are started by more than one individual. Experts disagree whether new ventures started by a team have an advantage over those started by a sole entrepreneur. Not everyone will always workout like they should. *if you learn nothing else from this discussion, make an agreement with everyone. Everyone knows who"s the boss, how stuff works, and what happens if it ends* chapter 9. Have to have the qualities for cfo, marketing person, etc.
