Female archetypes in boccaccio, petrarca, shakespeare, laura - the poetry of petrarca. Too precious, too beautiful, too delicate to be real. We don"t know anything about her and identity is defined by how he feels about her: miranda - the tempest. Moments in time that defy her role and identity.
