Coningency- its how leader behavior its that maters. Fundamental dimensions of leadership: a key behavior is paricipaion. Autocraic- dictate work methods, centralize decision making, limit paricipaion. Democraic- paricipaive: involve subordinates, delegate authority, encourage paricipaion. Ensure work gets done, subordinates perform jobs acceptably, and organizaion o o o o o o is eicient/efecive o.
