Remember the norm of restricted output and binging. emphasize personal and social relations help satisfy social needs of employees. The four needs satisfied by groups are: social, esteem, security, and reality needs. The only need that groups satisfy which is not included in maslow"s hierarchy is the reality need. A reality need is when one uses the group to check out the validity of one"s perceptions about an event. The group allows you to verify your feelings and perceptions.
