Toured europe and north america, exploring the option of starting the olympics again. Raised funds to build the stadium and medals. Track and field opened up the games. Won the first gold medal in the triple jump. The next few olympics: first women allowed to run in a, marathon 1984 in the us, not a world-wide important event, 1900: paris. Held at world"s fair: 1904: st louis.
