Strategy can be viewed as position (outside), or perspective (inside the organization) can also be a ploy (threat) perspective shifts, strategies changes so it was stable then it becomes liable pg. It proposes a model of strategy making that seeks to attain a match or fit between internal capabilities and external possibilities.
