Declared it to be u. s. policy that labor was to have full freedom to form unions, w/o employer interference. Marked federals gov"ts effort to support collective bargaining and unionization. Right to self org. , form, join or assist labr orgs. , to bargain collectively thru representatives of their own choosing and engage in converted activities for purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. Right to union representation when negotiating employment terms w/ employers. Interfereing w/ employee"s right to unionize and bargain collectively. Discriminate against an employee who has filed charges or testified under the nlra. Reguse to bargain in good faith w. duly est. employee representatives.
