High population densities favour herd diseases (person -> person) Diseases that were transmitted from person to person. The reason for malutrition synery is due to only eating 2 or 3 crops. Absent in gathering and hunting societies due to eating less suger. Linear enamel hypoplasia (on teeth)- general indicator of stressing during growth and development.
