Sex is not a major part of the relationship. Seeks a relationship that will work in the long-term. Often ignores danger signs because love is all that matters . Not about what you get but what you give. Culture plays a significant role in how people view and express romantic love. Men and women have similar conceptions of romantic love. Men may place more emphasis on romance. Share the basic belief system and philosophy of life. Individual"s independence must be sacrificed for the good of the relationship. Relationship is important but never more important that each person"s individual identity. View their relationships more as a matter of convenience than a result of their mutual love. Each has his or her own physical, as well as psychological, space.
