Drug abuse: use/amount causing social, psychological, physical, or occupational problems. Addiction: loss of control over drug use, continued despite harm (behavior) Drug problem : whether we perceive it as a problem. Reinforcement (psychological): feeling like you can"t go without it: delivery of reward following an action that increases the behavior will repeat, negative: take away something to reinforce.
