Richard neustadts model of presidenial power in the united states is the power to persuade . Us presidents are expected and claim to accomplish much more than they actually can. Charisma and public esteem- obama, bush: its very personality centric: each president is as inluenial has he or she is, theres not much inherent to the posiion that makes it very powerful. Consituional powers: consituional powers inherent to the oice of the presidency that allow presidents to have their preferences taken into consideraion.
