With neuropsychological evaluation, we refer to the method by which neuropsychologists make a diagnosis that allows us to understand brain function by measuring cognitive abilities. 1 language, attention, memory, learning, intellectual capacity, visuospatial skills and executive functions are evaluated. Today there is great interest in systematizing the methods used in neuropsychological evaluation, with various tools and techniques such as neuropsychological batteries or neuroimaging techniques, which we will focus on in this section. Below we will put some examples of neuropsychological tests, the choice of these tests has been due to the information they provide, that is, in a neuropsychological examination when applying. Neuropsychology these tests, a generic evaluation can be obtained in all cognitive functions. For a better understanding of these tests we will go on to explain them: mmse or mini mental state examination: contains questions that inform us about orientation, attention and memory.
