The current work in clinical psychology and en community mental health makes it essential to know the different tools that professionals from the different disciplines that are part of the teams use in their daily work. The most suitable place to perform otros it, depending on the nature of the problem,the needs of containment depending on the risk involved implique (for itself or others) and the decision of the subject. The most common places to do this are: the mental health center, the day hospital, the brief. Hospitalization unit, or your own home. : the type of treatment that according to existing tests has demonstrated a better therapeutic response for these problems and diagnoses. In general, for a large number of disorders the best results are obtained when psychopharmacological treatment and some psychotherapeutic or psychoeducational technique are administered together. Psychopharmacology: social support, the evaluation of the therapeutic plan assessing the fulfilment of the objectives proposed.
