Conflict management: the way we engage in conflict and address disagreements with our relational partners. Negative impact on the individuals and the relationship. Can lead to lack of well-being in workplaces and health problems. Playing the blame game rather than working together to work through the issue. Rise in productivity due to figuring out a commonality. Causes discrepancy that may affect the relationship. If you cant agree on the same goal, things are more difficult to work together with. There is no clear vision that both parties are working towards. One may put in more effort than the other but both will reap the same rewards. Provocation, or the intentional instigation of conflict.
