Lean management planning is a tactical organization that wants the same sight, As for every other big company project, preparation and control. This ends with a dream for the distribution chain. The supply chain is special to all businesses, which ensures that we have many theories for the lean supply chain. A lean, secure, transparent and partnering supply chain is designed. The ineffi- cient supply chain relies on rising advanced notice by the removal of all non-value (garbage) op- erations. It is achieved by strict control of methods, inventory. The lean supply chain runs to the client"s results, where even the speed-setting mechanism takes out all the supply chain operations. The goal of the lean sup- ply chain is to provide the consumer with the maximum value for the lowest overall device ex- pense. The perfect control chart used for this data is p-chart. Total number of flaws (p) = 60+14 = 74.
