Being technology-driven giants, software and it companies share a unique issue of managing diversity at the workplace. Hence managing diversity becomes all the more important in such situations. Being a leader, it becomes imperative to hold the ship together because then only the organization will grow as a team rather than a divided house full of egoistic tussles. Hence being a leader, first of all, i would find the problem in managing diversity at the workplace. Then i would go a bit deeper and find the root cause of the problem to take some good positive decisions to manage the diversity at the workplace. Diversity, demographics, and stereotyping are important identities and the environment of diversity is an important workplace situation factor (roberson, 2019).
