Parody lede: when something happens, and it reminds you of something else. Types of delayed lede: anecdotal: gives an example of a bigger picture. Essence of story is about that big picture. Nut graph immediately follows: parody: normally just a paragraph. Relates main point in story to something that people can identify with. Relationship often is to something in pop culture, a famous saying or an idiom: punch: a short sentence designed to shock a reader. Example: gary robinson died hungry: mystery: similar to a punch lede but generally a graph or so.
