Measuring ans activity: biopac, measures, heart-rate, galvanic skin response (gsr, respiration, blood pressure, muscle tension, eeg (electrocardiogram, measures electrical activity from cardiac tissue. Interpreting gsr: microsiemens (us): can measure the electrical conductivity of the skins. Siemens (s): measure of electrical conductivity: biofeedback, correlating physiological responses to physical or neural events, allows us to understand the autonomic responses of our bodies to external or internal stimuli, biofeedback training/therapy.
