Try and make resume scan-able (easy to glance at) If you were an hr rep or hiring manager- particular skill sets are identifiable. Make it easily readable- if its relevant to company applying for make it. Whatever you"re trying to show you"re good at- put it at the top. If it is 2 pages then use 2 pages then not front and back. If there is one thing you"re showcasing, don"t put it in the middle of a line. Some people do not want to see that some people really value grammar but not necessarily always good. Developing a personal logo is better than a picture. The discard the picture because could have a discrimination picture. Excellent tool to have- but make sure representation is accurate of what you want in your page.
