The subjects of the study were new york city traffic enforcement agents. Compared the effects of talking with the public,talking with coworkers, and talking with supervisors. Protocol: -tea agents had a baseline period before they went out to give tickets of 10 minutes, where 5 bp measurements were taken. Subjects then went out to give tickets, and bp s were measured every 15 minutes.
