Business intelligence: analyze information further from multiple sources (suppliers, customers, competitors, partners and industries) in order to make strategic decision making. Knowledge: even if you have bi you must also be able to think outside the box and apply it. Just because you make good knowledgeable decisions doesn"t mean you"ll be a good innovator. Typically a modern business is divided into multiple departments: They do this for efficiency, people make have better knowledge, organization: human resources: maintain policies (toby, sales: sell goods and service (jim, andy, dwight, marketing, accounting: record of monetary transactions (angela, kevin, oscar) There needs to be an order so that they can function well and properly together so they are able to gain the benefits.
