Communication is functional up to this point, which means you can overcommunicate and raise the likelihood that conflict will occur. The bigger the group is and more specialized the group"s activities are, conflict is more likely to happen. Tenure and conflict are inversely related, which means that the more time a person is with an organization, the less likely conflict will occur.
