You should mention all relevant events, even offline initiatives. The main point is to relate what"s happening on social media to the entire organization, it"s brand, and the company. You can choose how goal oriented you want to be using the 360 approach and make it any length you want. You can partially automate the 360 report as it will only disregard information that you can"t get from an analytic platform. You should have an early deadline if you"re depending on other people or teams to give you this information so you have enough time to fix things if they don"t end up going how you expect it. You can build this report in a dashboard.
