I tend to roll my left shoulder when the muscles need to be relaxed, and i have been told that i have been doing it less over the last few days. It"s amazing how doing something for only a few minutes can make such a difference. When we were reaching down and holding onto our ankles, i attempted this. I"(cid:373) not sure if sarah, or anyone else, noticed that i only went as far as my knee. I am aware of my own limitations, and i know how far i can go. I attempt everything to the best of my abilities.
