Moodle: law and society - one of years old (one of the oldest programs. The reading: the law as a side of social research. Ideals, norms and the practice of law in a social; humans involved, norms, changing laws: law is a social construction; the law impact social and the social impacted law. The block boss (18 minute episode: law, morality and justice; not always rights and wrong, are the action of the block boss legal, moral, just, think through after listening. Reading for argument not only the information. Law shapes the social and the social shapes law. It is human and thus social institution. Usually we don"t think about social context when we think of the law, but the legal consciousness.
