Document Summary

Sleep - the most difficult one to digest. If the arousal level is very low, we are either asleep or in choma. In this state you don"t have motivation. The longer you are in choma, the more its more the brain damage. Sometimes they say, the brain starts to deteriorate after a few minutes of being in choma. At moderate level of arousal, we are awake and alert. At the highest level of arousal, we are anxious and stressed. So we are actually having three different ranges, when you have low arousal, you have a problem conscious, you may be brain conscious, in the moderate, you are normal. In the very high level of arousal, you haven"t studied and you have a test. But if you don"t study and you still want you a, you will be deeply stressed because you worry about it.
