How republics come to exist- how they fail - how to be resotred. Kings of states are law giviers- state defined by its laws. Law is always adequete to needs is always perfect -not needed to be changed. Some thinkers argue like there are only 3 constitiuiotns- artistocracy- 3 good 3 bad constititions; - monarcy artistocrady and democracy - anarcy oligarcy the ones who believe in 6 types see how the states can evolve from good to bad. Government evolve forst governemtne that ever was- monarchy one that is consistantwith real states. 0 in begining of world people livied individually, when population grew, groups of protections were formed to protect each other from other groups of humans - the rule of one to wage and advise the group of people. It would have been natural to look upon the leader as benifactor- anyone who harmed him as someone guilty of ingratitude.
